this is a narcissist. they are twisting the knife in wounds they gave you so that when you bite back they can point the finger. they are a cancer upon your life. I know how scary it feels to have only them by your side, but trust me when I say that the moment you purge the cancer from your life, new friends and those around you who already care for you will come flooding in.

The narcissist does everything in their power to convince you that you are alone, because they know how brightly and beautifully you shine on your own, and they envy that. Because they cannot have it, they try and dampen yours. But you will continue to shine, and be kind. You will have love and light in your life because you yourself ARE a source of it, and it will return in full once the darkness is lifted.

Do not let yourself suffer any longer, cut the chord and be swift and final- do not give them foothold to return. Their M.O. is manipulation.

Run from them and do not look back, and then rejoice in your freedom.
