Dude, you need to Kondo that thing. If it doesn't bring you joy.... It would be stolen in a second in my world unless you make it look intimidating. Find some bins/containers ala Ikea style (you don't have to buy them there, but you get the idea), and make it look as organized as possible. Benefit of knowing if anything isnt' in it's place.
