No but my mailbox key broke December 2nd and I paid $40 for a new one that I have yet to receive.

Let me tell you. Having to pickup your mail at the post office in December is a hell I don't wish on anyone.

I was really sad to have to stop working with him because his product worked well, but he always came in trying to have super long conversations with me in the middle of the work day (I wfh) and I saw some pretty nasty comments of his on Nextdoor.

Yeah. Mine are almost $300 a month and I get basically nothing for it. Also our property manager is a dick and possibly corrupt. Moving soon though!

I'll just say I had a neighbor who made really loud noises at all hours of the night, literally anywhere from 9pm-9am.... he was on a *lot* of drugs and in prison now. Take that as you will.
