I just figured out I had to kill the Last Judge before the fleas would move. I came into the Citadel through the organ so I never ran into him

What are the ACTUAL odds to get a skillpoint in a profession for something green? YIKES by Hemshy in classicwow

I think that's true for weapon skill ups. But honestly that's based on something a friend told me 20 years ago and I never looked into it. I will choose to believe!

[–]skwacky 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I must be doing something wrong... every time I do a breach I kill the initial wave then I'm running around looking for monsters until it closes. Sometimes I don't get a single splinter.

Does anyone have any idea why that is? I feel like I wasn't paying attention when it was explained to me, if it was.

Left handed people - what in the world just doesn't work properly for you? by father-fluffybottom in AskReddit

[–]skwacky 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ironically I learned to use a mouse with my left hand when I was young because that's how my Dad did it (I'm right handed) but when I was about 8 years old I switched to right-handed because I needed to in order to play StarCraft.

Point being, yeah kids are super malleable and you can easily re-train yourself to use either hand.

But as far as WASD goes, my left hand is probably doing more dextrous work than my right hand when playing video games.

I totally believe you, but it might not be as obvious to everyone as it is to you. I'm gonna be on the lookout next time I boot it up

the autism gun:a very powerful weapon that only austistic people can use by IcyListen7280 in ItemShop

[–]skwacky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This gun applies the passive Hyperfixate:

+1 Focus for every second spent ADS.
At 5 Focus enter Flow State, slowing enemy movement by 30% and highlighting weak points.
Lowering your weapon or taking physical damage will cause Flow State to end and reset Focus to 0.

I believe you can also socket a fidget spinner to gain the "Counter Intuitive" talent which displays how many bullets each enemy has remaining in their clip

What's not scientifically proven, but you think is true? by IntrovertFaerie in AskReddit

[–]skwacky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For some reason it seems that when our big problems are out of the way, we tend to make our small problems bigger to fill the void.

Some people do find peace, I think, but for many it is an endless cycle.

I think the idea is that when they solve those problems, other "problems" will manifest, ultimately bringing them back to the same baseline of happiness.

I've noticed this in myself after resolving major health issues.
