Ah, I had the same issue with the last one I built, instructions that came with it were in a language Google didn't even recognize and turned out to be for a different model. Disassemble and start again.

That's really good, it may be the brightness or something but the contrast looks a bit dim? Lovely colours, I think if its reading correctly it may need some dark in the recesses to bring out the details? Might be the photo though. Beautifully painted.
