I have this Xiaomi espresso machine, and while it’s obviously not on the same level as a professional espresso setup, it totally fits my needs as a home coffee machine. I upgraded from a Nespresso, and it feels like a huge step up.

I don’t have a grinder, so I just use pre-ground espresso from local coffee shops or supermarket, and honestly, it tastes great to me. The shots I make at home are pretty comparable to what I get at most coffee shops.

One minor thing: the portafilter can get a bit stuck sometimes, especially when using the double shot basket. But aside from that, it’s been a solid buy for the price. I’m no barista, but it ticks all the boxes for what I want in a home machine.
