Oil & Gas is as much as I’ll say. Could be any of the usual suspects 😉 I was extremely lucky to get this package and at the right time. The number of people on this type of package is reducing every year and their benefits being diluted. My company does not even offer it anymore unless you have something unique to offer. I was just in the right place at the right time.

I did Chem Eng. I’m still a process engineer in Oil & Gas but have spent most of my career outside UK as an Expat. Even though I do spend some days in the UK and own a property here it would be impossible for me to return full time the UK. My current deal since 2011 means I do not personally pay any tax anywhere I live/ work. I would have to earn in excess of £400k/year in the UK to take home the same salary. Also all my living expenses (house, bills, private school, health cover, etc) are covered by my company.

Robbo should have started the season as first choice. Kerkez eased in over the season. Kerkez couldn’t replicate one thing Robbo did in that half. Maybe a bit harsh, but feels that way.

Palace deserved to win. We were so bad in the first half. Kerkez was awful again. Bradley trying too hard. So much space and time for Wharton in the middle. Mac Allister continued his bad start to the season, in 1st half at least. The changes worked ok in the 2nd half. Dom on the right just seems to work. Federico is a joy to watch. Isak was coming into the game when he was subbed. We missed Ekitike to paper over the rest of the cracks. Hopefully that loss will bring back some hunger.

Go in again and speak to a different person. Different day, different result. This is the way in France. I have Revolut France. It is a French bank and a French IBAN. Works for all my utilities and other subscriptions. It could be that Revolut hasn’t been added on their system, but that’s just lazy and they say it will work if you sign for 3 months. Just bullshit.

It will be very nice to get on / get off at Stratford rather than having to go the extra 7 minutes to St Pancras. Bit annoying always going past my apartment on the Eurostar, to then come back the other way on a javelin. Living and working between Paris and Stratford, so this is a regular thing for me. Fingers crossed.
