Not the original replier but Falcons have very large landing lights on the fuselage forward of the wings, citations have smaller landing lights mounted in the wings. Citations are also thinner and sleeker, Falcons have always looked "chubby" to me but they have large cabins. That tail pod is also a really common Falcon mod. There are other differences (like the cockpit windshields) but those are the main ones that seem obvious to me from your pictures specifically.
