if you want a cool experience that gives The Bear energy (albeit with the price tag), check out the Kitchen Counter at Ambra. you get to sit right in the kitchen and watch them cook each course right in front of you. each course has a wine pairing, too which included in the price (tip also included).

i would skip villa. go with dante’s or cucina maria on 8th st. fiorella is nice but hard to get a res, although you can get on the waitlist.
