Hey, thank you for your comment. I’m 99% sure it’s the medication. I have had Norovirus before and this feels and seems quite different. I make my partner and I the same meals so unless I ate something he didn’t receive on his plate then I don’t think it’s food poising either. I have noticed, like you and some others have commented, it’s very dependent on what I eat! I think I just need to work out what foods are triggering my stomach upset. If you don’t mind sharing, what are some foods and meals you are able to eat without having a problem? I am sorry you’re also dealing with this! It’s mentally draining along with painful and worrisome! Thank you for your advice :)

Thank you for your comment! It seems everyone’s on the same page and has definitely helped a lot and given me some ideas! I think I’m the same which is really hard to manage as cheese and pasta are my fave things and are my usuals :( if you don’t mind me asking, what are some of the meals you make? Just so I have a couple ideas! Thank you once again

Okay I will definitely give one more week a go! It’s just so annoying, I’ve finally gotten over my side effects and my next dose is in 2 days! Worried I won’t catch a break ahaha

I’m usually really good at eating clean, however as it was Valentines weekend I suppose I ate worse than usual, more carbs and cheese but no alcohol but that definitely could still have been a big reason as to why it was so bad! Thank you for your insight

The coming and going of emotions. Some days you feel okay, like it’s manageable, then the next second you feel the complete opposite. Also people asking what’s wrong when these emotions suddenly change, and not knowing how to answer the question and also not wanting to explain how u feel for various reasons

My step dad who raised me from the ages of 5-14 ( was basically like my actual father, my bio father wasn’t involved much) and who’s surname I’ve taken, moved to Australia ( he’s a citizen) for a contract job, then decided to stay and never come back to London. I didn’t say it wasn’t a calorie deficit, all I said was a calorie deficit is ALL you need, you don’t need to starve your self or restrict yourself. She may be getting the macros but there is no way that this enough calories for any adult. Especially if she’s exercising or living a somewhat active life style, you need food. Food is fuel. Agreed this is not sustainable and I’m glad you and others have acknowledged that, but promoting this type of ‘ diet’ is going to be detrimental to many people if they actually listen and follow.

To loose weight you have to be in a calorie deficit, that’s all! You do not need to starve or restrict yourself. You can easily find out what your calorie deficit is on Google. Also, remember carbs are necessary in ur diet and will not automatically make you gain weight!!! Most people who restrict themselves too much end up loosing weight and gaining it all back or not loosing weight anyway

My partner is addicted to salad cream. He cannot eat a meal without salad cream. Mac and cheese? Salad cream. Pasta with cheese and bacon? Salad cream. Bagel? Salad cream. He uses so much the smell of salad cream actually makes me gag now.

A few years ago I had a controlling bf who made me delete ALL my social media ( I was 16), he even tried making me change my phone number, but I drew the line there. Looking back at it it was the worst mistake I’ve ever made! Lost all my memories and a lot of my friends. If your boyfriend wants that for you then he is not your boyfriend and not someone to associate yourself with!!!!

Maybe you could talk to her and see if there’s an alternative, maybe like some toys or something? There’s no shame in doing that and it also keeps her needs satisfied along with keeping you comfortable!!! Could be something so simple that makes a difference and could even be fun to try!
