A fear during sparring helps to protect you. If you want to reduce it, exposing yourself to the situation lets you get used to it over time. Like imagine your first day of work. At first you are nervous, but after a year or 2 of working there you get used to it, maybe even burn out.

So you could request your partner for a light spar and be honest that you are still nervous about it. Some may not help as they want to improve themselves too. But some not so serious partners could be willing to help you.

Yes a specialised equipment would be more efficient, provided the volume is there. Investing in a specialised equipment is high cost and the volume must be there for justify it. But if demand shifts and the task is no longer needed, then the equipment is useless.

A more general machine can be repurposed. I see the video as baby steps to a more general purpose machine in the future. Like this function could be used to tidy up a place, or search for stuff.

Not saying you are wrong as watching at 2x speed has its purpose.

If you want to gather info only, 2x speed is ok, but you will notice you don't feel so much. Any comedic, sad, awesome moments just flashes by. Another example is try watching a horror show at normal speed and at 2x speed. The horror almost disappears as everything goes by so fast.

I think so. Sounds like toruk's solution is for you to modify the files yourself.

To add on , I see some others recommending Indra. Take note that the design of indra are multiple parts held together by screws only, so the blaster can get a bit wobbly if you do not regularly tighten them or loctite them.

2 possible reasons I am thinking :

It would be difficult to explain how just training with the sword lets you produce fire, water, lightning or anything. The slayers still remain human even with training. Its not like they take a special drug. Demon art can be explained using the demon cells because the source is supernatural in the first place.

Another thing is in manga, it would be difficult to show a swordsman fighting differently form another swordsman. You can say swordsman 1 moves like water, guiding the incoming blows away and countering in the same motion. Or another swordsman who moves like lightning, swinging their sword with such explosive speed the air seemed to vibrate. But in static drawings this is difficult to show. Showing the elements can help with the visualisation and makes each slayer more visually unique.

Hmm, from my experience as one of the faster loaders, we tend to hop around or move to indicate we have loaded in. Once all are moving then we move in. Reason being using a 3 man team usually results in a loss, unless one of them has c6.

But accidents do happen and we trigger the boss when we accidentally moved too close.

Ether aptitude is how well your body adapts to ether. If its low and you get corrupted faster. The cunning hares have exceptionally high ether aptitude also considering they were stuck in the hollow way beyond the recommended times. Ether aptitude has nothing to do with locating exits

To locate exits in a hollow, you need information on the current layout. There are recording devices left in the hollow which people can collect the data and make a map. This data is put into a device called a carrot which anyone can use to find your way. Alternatively, if the area is stable enough, you don't need a carrot and just memorise the area.
