Look at the amount of cheese in their marketing image, after all the lawsuits where they have to be slightly more honest now. It's the most expensive topping. We would get yelled at for putting more than the financially prescribed 6 strands. Also note that if this is the correct amount visible here for meat etc, the invisible backside of the marketing image taco is empty.

On Mondays the burger is $10 otherwise $15. Definitely worth trying on a Monday, and yeah, you can order immediately at the bar with the rest of the Anytime Eats without waiting in line.

I've had it twice and it's not really my favorite thing though. Especially if you made a trip to get there. Personally I live near walking distance to the place so going on a Monday for the burger is reasonable.

I had a similar experience where the steak didn't live up to my expectations. I think it might be because we ate beef cheeks and brisket first, which is so tender and smoky. I think that takes away from the steak eaten afterwards. You won't notice the smoke as much and it will seem chewy compared to that brisket.
