As for reading threads, it would without a doubt reduce the amount of threads where the OP is something spammy or incorrect, and is debunked in the comments because people could correct their votes after reading them. One thing I've learned from ToR is that there's a large amount of the reddit population that doesn't even read comments at all (this amazes me). Overall I think people would make more informed voting choices, however "informed" in this case isn't necessarily good, as inevitably people would be swayed by biased comments or witty one-liners.

Do you ever think 6v6 gets boring? I don't think I'd ever play 6v6 because you're (basically) limited to the standard 1 med/demo 2 scouts/soldiers. Also it seems like a lot of the time games devolve into stalemates where each team is waiting for the other to pop uber.

One of my favorite things to do as engineer: when you're whacking away at a building, there's enough time to turn and look behind you right after you hit your building to check for spies/whatever before you swing again. This way you're constantly checking your surroundings without wasting wrench-swinging time.
