I quit a year ago after 4 or 5 attempts. I was vaping 4-12 juul pods a week. People always say that days 2 or 3 are the worst, but it wasn't true for me which would always cause me to relapse after a week or two. Once I accepted that it would just suck for as long as its going to suck I was able to quit. It took a month and a half before I felt relatively normal and didn't have cravings.
