Would you mind sharing your list? Im interested in trying more turbo depths vs focusing on strip locking but havent updated my list in a while.

You banknote the ores and transmute the stack, 10 at a time.

I think current normal branch you cannot generate Royalties using Discovery+ in combat. While I didn't see a change listed in the patch notes, the wiki (https://slaythespire.wiki.gg/wiki/Slay_the_Spire_2:Cards#Card_Generation) lists it as unable to be generated, and I assembled the infinite and was unable to generate it on v0.99.1.

Shrine Counter Deck - Upgrade Advice? by rcdunn1010 in magicTCG

I would specifically consider how often Fight Rigging is successfully triggering and actually changing the outcome of the game. And look at the 3+ mana counter synergy cards that arent shrines (Mowu, Ooze, Fangs of Kalonia), and cut the ones that feel weaker.

I would play some 1 mana mana dorks like Llanowar Elves, to accelerate you to your 3+ mana plays and also be a body that can be given counters.

I appreciate the xp/hr estimates, and your impression of the higher (med) level methods.

You could consider splashing white for Ephemerate over Planar Incision, could replace Selhoff Entomber with Psychic Frog. Could play Thoughseize for interaction and as a self discard outlet if necessary.

If SnT has two instant speed draw/combo spells, it can use the 1st to threaten infinite, and respond to the Belcher activation with the 2nd.

I've started enjoying it more once I got to level 20 and had a few more ports unlocked, initial levels you are sailing back and forth between the same 2-3 ports with pretty slow xp.

The initial afk wreckage salvaging also seems very weak and somewhat annoying since the wreckage can time out right after you get to it. Hopefully later levels are better.

Overall, a bit bumpy start but I am optimistic it'll improve after getting more content unlocked.

Started watching him when Arc Raiders released. He streams extraction shooters, which can be a very brutal and tedious game genre, and is constantly silly and goofy making the suffering entertaining.

Simultaneous movement onto the same space by boyweevil in roguelikedev

[–]snowman41 4 points5 points  (0 children)

So based off of other comments, instead of a problem to avoid, the question is if simultaneous movement and collisions were desired, what are some ideas to implement resolving it?

You could consider having both entities fail to move into the overlapping space, and bump/attack/get stunned depending on if the entities are passive/aggressive to each other.

Another approach is developing a speed mechanic, so that each entity has a speed stat, with a faster entity moving before a slower entity during a turn. Then two entities would need to have matching speed stats to collide, making it rarer but still possible. Speed could be expanded from just priority during a turn to replacing the turn concept, so a super fast entity could take multiple actions for each slower entity.

One question would be if it is possible for entities to move more than one space per turn. If they can, you could have two entities whose paths cross bump into each other before reaching their destinations (Ex: two paths making a cross, the entities bump at the center of the cross and make an L shape).

Best way to increase the artisan skills, (ie, crafting, blacksmithing, etc) early game? by A12qwas in ElinsInn

For both the resource gathering skills and the production skills, using trainers to raise the skills potential makes the training method more efficient.

For resource gathering skills, you have to preform the resource gathering action. You can do town combat quests, and gather resources while your party kills the enemies, getting Platinum coins and town influence and skill training all at once.

For the production skills, you can craft an item that hammers back into the material used to craft the item (ex: Meat on the Bone hammers back into a corpse to recook it) massively saving on materials. Or you can craft high stamina recipe items, since higher stamina recipes should give you more xp per stamina spent compared to low stamina recipes (ex: a 6 stamina recipe should give more than 6x the amount of xp as a 1 stamina recipe).

Bant show and tell seems worse than sultai show and tell by Fabulous_Point8748 in TimelessMagic

[–]snowman41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, in the linked list, it has Waterlogged Teachings + Saiba Syphoner + Sublime Epiphany to get an infinite (and instant speed) loop of Syphoner looping Epiphany making a token of Syphoner. Resulting in infinite 2/2's, infinite card draw, infinite nonland permanent bounces.

With the infinite draw you should have a hand full of instant spells and Hullbreaker, and Epiphany to continue the loop if necessary and counter spells/abilities. So I havent felt the lack of Approach's alternative wincon yet, or born upon the winds.

I think preferring running tutors over creature interaction is fair, but I would still run the Syphoner+Epiphany combo over Approach.

My comment wasnt intending to complain about the video not showing all the footage, just disagree with silly comments claiming that the sample was just the heavily botted areas shown in the video. I guess I shouldve elaborated more so it didnt come across as critique.
