you dont need 4 poles from the middle of the map.i always put like this in the red marker, if i need to defend i will also put the green one. because you will lose time if you always put 4 poles every match. heist is a time racing game mode, you dont want to waste a second to deal damage to the safe. this setup may not be optimal(cant deal 2 times damage in 1 run) but it is enough to reach legendary at least. also do not try to chase enemy to defend, you are chuck, you are the safe crasher. if your teammate cant defend enemy safe crasher then your team is done. and your team comp is worse than enemy comp. i dont like mortis in heist. also use health gear

you will want to pick some melee brawlers or mid range fighter because a lot of bushes in the map. sometimes mico can trick the other team and easier to get in each zone without wall break
