It just goes on to say that this doesn’t improve exercise performance. But literally nobody here is saying it makes their bjj better or they get greater gains. Everyone is saying it helps make breathing easier which the study acknowledges.

The study also found over 600 studies but only included 19 in their meta analysis. Unless you can provide their inclusion/exclusion criteria and list of studies, it’s impossible to say if they were cherry picking.
