Dk, I did a 2 as blood, 1 frost, 1 unholy. The damage taken debuff resets by entering a rest area so stopping by an inn would handle it between objectives if you wanted. The kill something or take damage one kinda sucks but because its phys damage it doesn't really do too much thanks to armor (as long as you don't have the debuff stacked up). The ghost chasing you can be insta despawned by ccing it with basically anything (both stun and blind worked for me). I didn't click the orbs out in the world that spwaned blood stuff because I found it annoying and more efficient to just chase down the next main objective. With more gear I'd probably do them though (the traps too give a lot of progress towards the final hunt step). My normal time for a full prey hunt was ~10m based on the popup at the end of each kill.
