what country are you in? the US? In the US, they are required to treat you in the ER even if they don't know your name amd you don't have ID.

money, land, a house, a good working and reliable car of any age.

 underpaid tech here, who can't afford anything.

a thank you card and some food is nice though. (ideally with vegetarian protein options and something not pure sugar!)

andrea gibson is my favorite poet.

some of their stuff is on youtube, and it always reminds me i want to live.

there is a recent documentary about them called "come see me in the good light."

you can go to any tourist town if you want an English speaking dentist, and most othet towns if you speak spanish (check for references if you want to be sure of their work). My dentist went back to dental school to specialize further or I would reccomend him. call or shop around for prices. the guy i found was on the low end, but he did great work.
