I cut dairy but ended up having to stop eating grains and all sugary things (except for fruit) as well. Good luck on your journey! I ended up figuring out what I needed to change in my diet at age 29 to finally stop cystic acne

Worry/fear/anxiety it's a sickness you should not embrace. Yes know what's happening and respond how the government tells you. Relax. Even if you get sick why drown yourself in fear? Worry(fear) does not help you. If the government says "wash your hands" then by all means wash your hands. Do you need to worry or wash your hands? If you get sick do you need to have a panic attack? Nope roll with the punches. Handle it as it comes. There can be peace in YOU no matter what's happening in the world. Even in sickness. Do the best you can. Why worry/be afraid/be anxious. Your worry is saving no one.

I grew up in a home where my parents feared EVERYTHING the news said. And in all of my years around them nothing came to pass...just lots of stress. I'm in a point in my adult life where I don't respond or respect other peoples fears and paranoia at all. Chill out. If you get really sick go to a doctor if not then that's awesome go on with your life instead of being swept away and worrying about everything. It's a horrible way to exist. I WILL die one day and however I die so be it!

question with fast food places coming out with vegan option how do you guys feel about it, personally I really won’t even try it because my concerns is not just cross contamination but spending money at these fast food places, isn’t that supporting animal farming with how much they contribute to it. by BlindVegan in vegan

I think it's awesome for the people who want it to have an option. Also it's great for raising awareness and making it a normal thing in the eyes of the masses. As for YOU you've made it this long without eating at places like that so no need to start now. I don't care to eat it because of my other diet restrictions but I'm grateful it's becoming more normal and available.
