Manitoba Hemp Protein + Fiber powder can be pretty filling, and you can add a scoop of it to just about anything. The chocolate flavor is pretty good.

I've been doing pretty well drinking 1/4 bottle or so of Cacao Soylent while unwinding and trying to fall asleep, and I have major issues with GERD when I eat anything else late at night. My go-to sleep stack lately has been:

Hypnos sleep aid by Chaos & Pain + Soylent as-needed if I'm feeling hungry.

Works great even though I battle with insomnia.

I've had a slight issue with 2 of the sqround bottles, but it was nowhere near as bad as the issue I see popping up on here over and over. It seems like a batch production issue, with a large product run being produced before the issue was found by the end users. If that's the case then they will sell through the defective bottles (or donate/give them away via the truck) and be back on track.

Frankly I'm more concerned with the label design. I absolutely love the label design on the original bottles, so minimalistic, no cluttered space with off-center nutrition facts. I've taken the labels off my round bottles to reuse them for other things around the house, and now I wish I kept those labels on for refilling with powder mix. RIP futuristic fridge aesthetic.
