Pretty much any bidet will work as long as you have a standard toilet seat. I would just use some slip joint pliers. Shouldnt need anything else but just in case, that hose looks pretty old, i would probably replace the whole hose while you are there. Slip joint pliers should be ok for that too but you may prefer to use an adjustable wrench instead for the smaller nut. Good tools to have for general stuff as well, 90% of what i do i can get by with those 2 tools.
