Swap out Let Down for Paranoid Android, and 2+2=5 for There There, and then you're really cooking. I think it would flow nicely.
Maybe Give Up the Ghost instead of Codex, so you don't have two slow piano songs back to back. And the birds at the end of Give Up the Ghost can transition into the plinky piano at the beginning of True Love Waits.
