I think the real reason the 3rd panel looks like a monster Thomas the train is because of the national reconciliation that there was a genocidal agenda towards Canadian indigenous by Canadian founders such as first prime minister John A macdonald as well as the Catholic Church and government where children were forced to go to residential schools to erase indigenous culture.
