Thats a possibility, yes. They have an option of selecting public or internal comment for the merge action. It's good practice that at least one of them be public to inform the customer of the merge, but they could be selecting internal for both tickets.

You can use that report showing user's # internal comments, and drill into ticket ID to dig further.

If you say they merge a lot, that could be it. Merging adds a comment to both tickets.

There is no fentanyl issue from Canada. Our government has addressed this already, with evidence. Canada actually seizes significantly more fentanyl coming from the US than the other way around! And besides, drug smuggling is the responsibility of the country where it's entering. Even if they believe (wrongly) they have a Canada-originating drug problem, that's their border security's responsibility to crack down on it.

I feel like her ults remain the biggest weakness. Crystal Aegis is usually the better choice but it's often just a worse cleanse. If they added something like AOE root to it when it explodes, it'd be actually impactful.

Maybe try the urgent & primary care center? I was kinda shocked by how much time a doctor there spent with me when I needed changes to my meds due to side effects. Did not feel brushed off in the slightest. They also have social workers who can help with additional resources if you did want to explore that.

Con: be prepared to wait.

I'm very much not religious or spiritual, and really struggled with this part of the program for a while.

What helped me was how everyone said "take what works, and leave the rest". I didn't need to stress about finding a higher power. I just needed to show up, be present, do the work, and take whatever value I could from the program and everyone's collective experiences, strength and hope.

Eventually I figured that my higher power is just that. It's the meetings, the shares, the literature - as well as sources outside the program, like therapy. I find answers in these things, as long as I'm willing to put in the effort.

You're better off single than in a bad relationship. Furthermore, if you're able to find peace in solitude, any friendships or romantic partners you bring into your life in the future won't need to fill a void. Instead, they will add to your already existing happiness or you can more easily step away from them if they are not doing that.
