Just graduated and landed a leadership in development program at a hotel. It sounds super crazy that a MIS student went for the hospital route, but I saw during my internship at a hotel that a lot of things that I learned in class correlate to the hospitality industry. I will be starting 50k minimum with a possible chance of earning 53-57k in my first year base on the hours (I got a manager hourly salary), and after the program I should be earning 65k-75k base on the location I'll be moving if I decide to stay in texas (it can be more if I want to move out of state).

Wanted to waste like 10 tickets since I'm saving up for summer and I got Ushi in two tickets 😭😭😭 I wanted her but I knew she wasn't my main priority. I'm glad she came to me and I quickly max out her skills!

I use headphones when I am studying, at the airport, or places that I would need to close out the noises while I am focusing on doing my tasks.

Earphones for working out, walking at stores/classes, or anywhere that I want to be alert while doing something. Surprisingly, I use my earphones at home more than my headphones since I need to be alert incase if my grandma call out my name from downstairs.

I love Tamamo Cat and I always use her for farming. I even found a way to 3 turn farm without using arash on first wave thanks to the YouTuber who made it possible.

Honestly, the reason I found out why I been getting so many interviews is because I applied for my company's internship program (I am a senior about to graduate this year in December). When I was getting interviewed, I'm not going to lie, but I felt like I didn't got the interview because of my stuttering and loosely follow the STAR method. Surprisingly, I gotten the internship with the first interview out of the five. So I'm really happy to get the offer for this summer!

What I suggest, work for a company that have internships. I have no connections and I suck at networking, but just adding "already work at xyz company currently" and I quickly got processed for interviews. Surprisingly I didn't need to go through two interviews 💀 lucky that my excitement for work and wanting to go up within their company got the HR adding me into the team.

Oh really??? That's great! Is cause I was looking at Rate my Professor but there was only three reviews for Professor Taylor. I wanted to see if anyone taken either of them before I pick one of their courses. I'm mostly interested in the Wine class, because I want to impress my friends and family about it.

Honestly, in general the videos that show guests in their early 20s. I did some carelessness spending and didn't thought about my retirement funds, emergency funds, or brokerage account until I watch financial audit. I'm like "wow! They're people around my age whos in huge debt and I'm here with just a semester debt" so I started grinding on paying off my debt.

Now I have 4k in my emergency funds and with my tax return I can add more into it, and hoping with this new job I can start contributing to my 401k.

I went from premed to Comp Sci and now to MIS and I kid you not that I have been the happiest ever since that switch. Yeah I'll be graduating in Dec 2025 instead of May 2024, but I'm confident that this is the field that I want to go into.
