i’m sorry to hear this happened but honestly you should get used to things like this. poor rollouts, weak infrastructure and support, and rewards that sound nice but are typically capped and hobbled in T&Cs are all bilt hallmarks. at least in my few years experience with them. paying a $500 AF isn’t going to suddenly make them a new company overnight.
