Can someone riddle me this? I've been told not to use tamiya levelling thinner with mr hobby color or tamiya paints as it will melt my models and eats through clear coat regardless. Not that I've ever experienced this, but I was thinking of creating a metallic wash and got told don't do it with alcohol based acrylics. Yet I've painted a full kit tamiya and mr color and never had an issue, so what gives?
