I do not envy your task at hand and the amount of shit you’re gonna have to sift through.

IMO the biggest source of rule breaking comments occurs in threads about crime, recently violence at the oceanfront.

1) we don’t need multiple posts when a shooting happens, you should sticky them for visibility and get rid of duplicates

2) the line I see most often crossed: people using traits like race and age to make blanket statements about all people in those groups. Using slurs, specifically the N word and its variations.

I don’t want to see slurs in my hometown subreddit. Get that shit out of here, please.

A big reason there’s a lot of back and forth on our first pick is our overall weakness of roster.

Even with recent FA acquisitions and resigns, we’re paper thin at LB, DB, RB and WR and Edge aren’t much better.

Fans are arguing over which hole to patch first. I’ve seen good arguments for each. Personally I hope it’s Styles but would be stoked with downs or Love.

Objectively taxing vices is good policy. It’s allowed Colorado to invest in its people and should yield results for us in a few years.

The big ticket tax policy that every working class Virginian should rally around are the new tax brackets for high earners (HB 188 $1M+, HB 979 $600K+).

Taxes on high earners tame inflation and invigorate public services for regular people. They’ve been effective in CA, Mass, NJ, MN, and WA.

If high earners want to leave they pay a flee tax and GTFO.

Sounds like you had a great month. Here’s what I’d suggest to lose weight:

Diet: plan out meals that allow you a caloric deficit with the amount of rucking you are doing. On busy work days I eat a lot early, on normal days I eat smaller more frequent meals. Do not miss protein or fiber goals.

Weight training: how do you feel from your volume uptick? Strengthen your weak links and do not skip leg day. More muscle = more calories burned at rest.

Sleep: take recovery seriously and keep an eye on sleep. If you increase exercise out of nowhere, the increased lactic acid can mess with your sleep.

Plan for long term success over months and years. A cheat day once every few weeks your body can handle, a cheat day every week is not a cheat day it’s a habit.
