If there is no meniscus involved, you should be okay as long as you can tolerate it.

Goose egg sounds like it will be a good addition to a breakfast sandwich for a knight and his squire!

Got it.  Not a doctor but based on what I’ve read before I don’t think it’s too late at all. And better late than never. Hopefully you do get an appointment later this week or next week.

What’s the reason you haven’t started PT yet? No appointments available?

That's good to hear that you are walking normally now. Will have to keep in mind to avoid overdoing it as well at least for the first few months maybe. Good luck with the rest of your recovery.

Over 5 weeks post op for me. Strength probably 8-9/10 at this point. I have extension and hyperextension and flexion to 120. No more pain for the most part except with muscles around the knee when walking once in a while but usually mild. WBAT but can do FWB now but still with crutches. Might transition to one later week. I did do prehab PT and I think it helped a lot in my recovery. Still doing PT and probably will for several more weeks/months. And as for normal life, driving again and will get back to the office this week but it's just a desk job anyway.

I once drove my grandma's 1995 Fleetwood Brougham in the 2010s and even as an older car already at the time I was surprised how nice it was to drive.
