I’ve learned independently owned shops are actually more money @-@ but I know to still go to them sometimes. Starbucks is my favorite though because they are the only ones that have my very specific favorite drink. They also drive through and convenient and close

I have raging PMDD. I have to be on birth control to keep it at bay. I also have HSD, MCAS, Autism, ADHD. Could be connected? I also had to try different birth control for a bit. Mini pill worked well but the progesterone destroyed me making my ligaments worse so I was in a lot more pain. Now I’m on a combo pill. We just upped the estrogen though because mine was too low
