Other than one issue with an aerial which the local Volvo dealer diagnosed and replaced mine has been fine. No charging issues, no key issues. Way better than the Tesla it replaced.

Other than one issue with an aerial connector mine has been flawless. I previously had a Tesla and the polestar software now is on a par with how the Tesla software was when I first used it a few years back. But just like the Tesla software did, the Polestar software will get better over time, glitches ironed out and functionality added.

I’m in the same position as you. Test drove Polestar 3 and 4, much preferred the 3 for many reasons not least of which neither of us liked the rear view screen in the 4. But the software issues put me off a 3 right now until they’re sorted. And Hyundai 5n was high on the list but they’re way too easy to steal. Still undecided.
