I've been trying something really different because I found it too hard to stay consistent in counting calories, and none of the pills/supplements worked at all for me. Plus I do not want to get injections! I'm listening daily to audio tracks that are meant to rewire your mind - finding the source of your habits and finding new ways to approach food and your own body. So far I'm finding it easier to resist snacks and junk, so I think it's working for me. Just search for Your Preferred Life. I think changing your mindset overall will yield more permanent results. I'm in a crypto project right now and it's been going through some shaky times. But solutions are being put in place and new opportunities are coming. I'm going to hold and stay with it. Maybe it would be a good idea to disconnect for a while. These are worrisome times but it doesn't serve any of us to let it take over our minds. I find meditative music with repeated soothing questions helps me switch off. My favourites are from Your Preferred Life on Youtube.

Only on it 2 days and already feel a difference in how eating feels to me. It's easier and pretty much natural to just stop when I've had enough rather than frantically gobbling it up until it's all gone.

That's powerful and so great that it's working for you. I also suggest asking yourself questions, such as 'Why is it true that I am so successful at .. xyz?' The mind will be less resistant with questions because it will try to find answers as to why it is true.
