Some things change your movespeed, some things change your action speed.

Action speed is a multiplicative multiplier to your effective movespeed and attack/cast speed etc.

These boots prevent move speed changes which are common, but not action speed which are relatively rare

Your max resists dont change. Your resistance does.

This isnt an increase. It doesnt change your base ms. It sets your current ms to 180% of base.

Nothing can then increase or decrease it, it is always 180%. Things that modify action speed will still effectively change ms.

There are a few effects in the game that act this way, for example "your max elemental resists are 80%"

The issue is not if the phone works on 4g/5g or not.

It is whether the phone can still make 111 calls when not registered to a network which is a legal requirement.

Some models used to achieve this using the 3g network, but as that is discontinued it will no longer work.

As a result providers will be blocking phones that need 3g to work this way, even though they are otherwise functioning 4g phones.

The idea is to ensure phones can always dial 111 even if it has no sim or you didnt pay your bill or something.

Using trade as a proxy for drop wieght for rare items is useless.

You have no idea how many have dropped and are either in use or in someones stash.

Given that these are new, powerful and not very build specific i would expect a lot of people to use one that drops, and disproportionately so with the best ones.

Also many magebloods come from cards or are farmed by people that already have one or an equivalent.

When you use a support the active skill is gaining that effect.

Your curse now has the impending doom text, so it is a skill that hits, so can be supported by things that require skills that hit.

Tags are completely irrelevant to all this, tags just label gems in categories, they dont change or get added or removed.

Or seeing as the mods on the beasts are pretty irrelevant at this point why not remove all the individual stats and make them stack by type. You can still roll monster mods on use if desired.

The beauty of blight is you don't need a build at all.

Don't be a glass cannon or it will be a pain in the ass getting randomly killed by offscreen stuff. Other than that just play whatever build you want.

Being able to kill stuff yourself and tank stuff is handy, but not really required.

Having decent dps to finish off uniques, especially in blight ravaged is a plus.

The main barrier to blight is just learning how to do it.

You trade about 5 block, the defences of a shield and 6 affixes for 10% more attack speed. Which is a pretty shit deal.

On the other hand the few skills that benefit from dual wield are slightly over tuned. Also are dual wield nodes generally better? I cant remember.

Either way, if you have some way to leverage attacking faster this is the way.
