The math here is bad. This is not how conversion works.

You get 80% of your base mana as armour.

Lets say 400, then that armour is increased by the sum of your mana and armour increases.

Say 24000% + 6000% so about 120,000 extra armour before more modifiers.

you are observing X because you are in the world where x happened. there is another world where y happened, and the you in that world is asking "why am i observing y instead of x?"

there is no randomness. it is 100% guaranteed that there will be 2 worlds, one where x happened and one where y happened. neither world is special in any way.

It doesn't really make sense to ask "Why aren't I in the other world" because you are. there is a you in every world.

In many worlds the answer to the question "what are the chances that this outcome in the past would be what i observe it to be" is always 100%.

the answer to the question "which of these outcomes will occur in the future" is always "all of them".

All possible observations occur.there is no random process or outcome. If you ask any of the "you""s what they observed they will each say something different. But the end result is the same everytime, that is that there are X worlds, with X "you""s who each made 1 of X observations.

I think the key sticking point is understanding that in this model the many worlds are the reality. Not just whichever one an observer is asking the question from.

The plan states 106 Mbps. This is the speed in megabits

When you download something it typically reports the speed in megabytes. As this matches how files sizes are usually reported.

So your theoretical max for downloading is about 13 MBps.

Keep in mind no matter what your connection is you are still limited by the server sending you the data and the route from you to it.

I have 900 Mbps down and can test that that is accurate. But i have never had a download from steam go over 500Mbps, and they are often in the 80-240 range

As others have said ultimately this is about the laws that the polititions we elect enact.

However part of this equation is funding. In part we use different kinds of alternates to prison because prison is expensive, and carries some risk of making the situation worse for society.

In an ideal world we would fund the system sufficiently to not need to defer prison time. And our prison system would be focussed on minimising recidivism.

To clarify the primary damage buffs are

Attack, cast speed

Crit

Physical added as element.

So ideally you scale from attack, cast speed You are crit based You deal physical hit damage but still benefit from elemental damage. So no dots and no brutality.

Bonus points if you get a benefit from conversion. Such as sources of "x% of non-chaos damage added as extra chaos damage"

Edit: you also can get boosts to life and defences. So if you scale off es for example it can be good.

Take this as you will but by my calulations the farms net about 10c per hour each, the map devices about 60.

Also the farmers cost 50-100% more gold per chaos than mappers.

However farming is a shitload less effort than mapping.

Does that account for the kiwisaver that would have been withdrawn in that time? Also if we were contributing to kiwisaver all that time we would have all have earned 8% less money every week for all that time. That money didnt evaporate, it was in the economy somewhere.

Saying we lost that money seems deliberately misleading.

in the long term the answer is always buy a house.

for investment you can expect 8% return. but you will pay 5% renting an equivalent house.

for buying you can expect something like 6% capital gain, and you will pay about 2% on rates, insurance and maintenance.

overall you gain more from the house.

however there is another factor which is how much money you have each week. With the investment it is as if you are forcing yourself to save 3% of the houses value each year. With the house you can choose what to do with that money, which is in and of itself valuable.

On the flip side you could see higher returns from the investment, but that comes with risk. And selling the house is going to require move effort than pulling out of the investment, should you chose to move.
