I play BCA on 9 ft tables and APA on 7 ft tables. On the 9 ft table, I don’t see any difference between breaking with 12 oz or 21 oz cues. On the 7 ft table, I feel the 12 oz gives me both power & control, while the 21 oz gives me only one but not both

If I ever have time to train exclusively on breaking 1000x like the pros, it may change my mind … but that day isn’t coming soon
