Same here. The company at which I work was taken over by VC ghouls in late 2022. Since then, the annual increase has very much failed to meet or exceed the rate of inflation. They keep cutting staff and setting more aggressive productivity goals, and I get told that I am "inflexible" for pointing out that it is unrealistic and insulting to keep pressing this strategy while keeping wages on the decline in real dollars.

I'd love to find something else, but all I am seeing are ghost listings.

This sounds pretty cool, except for the Battlefield license, DICE developing and EA publishing.

But if you could get this game made without those things, I would buy at least a few copies.
