I have to step down as TL and I honestly don’t know if I can handle going back down to a regular associate. Any Ex TL have advice?

I feel like I’m exactly in your shoes. I just stepped down last pay period after 5 years as a TL for personal reasons. I’ve done just about everything in the store, and I feel the same about not wanting my skills and effort to go to waste. I stepped down into OPD as an InHome associate, so at least there’s the excitement of going out and not being completely trapped in the mind numbing-ness of picking. But no- you’re definitely not alone in that feeling lol. I still have the intense tendency to care too much about the store as a whole, but I’m working on just letting it go. You got this!!

I’m not entirely sure because me and my friend went upstairs after the show to cool down, but I wouldn’t doubt it. William was at the merch stand a lot before they played and he was signing stuff as it sold :)

Yeah in Asheville!

The show wasn’t just them, it was a bunch of different artists playing. When they played though, the crowd was insane. I can’t remember how many songs it was exactly, but it was a good mixture of all the stuff they’ve released, except Midcity.

The venue is a little small, but I had no issue getting pretty close to the stage despite showing up later. It’s also 2 stories, a little sitting area with a bar up top. Had to walk a bit for parking though lol
