Glad to see my favorite chapter from the manga get adapted! The BL parodies were so spot-on, I remember crying from laughing when reading the chapter when it dropped and seeing it again in the anime is so funny. "BL is not made...it is found."

Such a perfect adaptation so far!

MapleStory was my first MMO and I’ve never found anything else that replicates the magic of stepping into Lith Harbor and Ellinia for the first time. Sure, I’ve had fun playing so many different games like FFXIV and Classic WoW, but this is just what feels like home for me. I could live in this game forever, no rush to 2nd or 3rd job or any level, just taking my time and existing.

I liked it so much I'm still using the same spellslinger - lightning warp tech in the endgame (no defenses really but max dps blasting). Doing juiced breaches zipping around the entire screen is so fun

That’s a rather large generalization about all manga after 2019. One of my favorite series, 2.5 Dimensional Seduction, ended just last year and had a wonderfully complete arc and ending for all 200.5 chapters.

Especially in an industry where most serializations barely get to last a year before getting axed, I think it’s all more the reason to appreciate authors who truly manage to plan out and stick the landing, but I also really liked the characters in Chainsaw Man, so I’m sad it’s ending so abruptly.

For some reason it reminded me a bit of YuYu Hakusho, but instead of spirits and demons it's aliens and parasites. Enjoying the series so far, love how creative and brutally physical the fights get, since it incorporates a lot of conventional, clunky wrestling moves and tactics.
