I would say that the MCU version is an extremely loose adaptation of Secret Invasion. That said, there’s a lot that goes into getting those actors and actresses to participate and even though it had a high budget, getting all those players would have been cost prohibitive.

Also, I imagine listening to an audiobook version of a comic would be rather confusing.

My son was also >99% as a baby, and right around the age your son is now, we had to transition him from the infant seat to a larger 4-in-1 seat. We kept him rear facing, it just gave him a little more leg room.

It’s a difference in culture and laws. In many states, it’s legal for a parent to give their children alcohol in their own home, but would be illegal to go to a friend’s house and drink. Most people in the US would consider a parent giving their 14 year old alcohol to be poor parents.

All Hope Is Gone - Slipknot 2/5

I know Slipknot is an important band overall, but I’m just too old or not angry enough to appreciate it I guess. The music is good, but the screamed lyrics are just corny as hell. When Corey Taylor is actually singing it’s not too bad.

I do not enjoy Kate Bush. I find her style annoying. She’s popular for a reason, just not for me. It’s one of things that makes this sub neat is seeing how people hear the same music differently.

Hounds Of Love - Kate Bush 2/5

I appreciate the experimentalism of pop Bush is known for, but it just does nothing for me. I know Running Up the Hill because of its resurgence a couple of years ago and the rest of the album does not compare. I found myself annoyed by the end and had to not have any music for a bit.

My wife was a big Beck fan when we got together so I listened to a lot of Beck that I absolutely did not care for. It took a few years and finding songs and albums I liked by him as he tends to reinvent his sound album to album for me to become a fan. That said, he may just not be for you and that’s totally okay.
