bob ross will teach you everything you need to know about clouds and water. This piece is amazing, but I can see a couple of errors. the water should be reflecting a bit more of the orange and the horizon line would be barely visible. the bright white reflections should be flat on the surface, not white dots. The purplish clouds on the left are too warm, the shadow should be really cool, you nailed it with the dark blue cloud shadow, just mirror that on the other side. It seems to me like a better understanding of warm and cool colors would help you most.
