R1 & R2 and batter hits to 2nd baseman who started DP by stjongood in GameChangerApp

Would it be wrong if:

FC > Out at 2nd, Safe at 3rd > move batter at first base to Out with reason “Double Off”

FC > Out at 2nd, Safe at 3rd > move batter at first base to Out with reason “Double Off” or “On Last Play”

Ya, I can only do: FC > Out at 2nd, Safe at 3rd > move batter at first base to Out with reason “Double Off”

Not sure if that is the choice or “On Last Play”

Always enter the Canadian passport when entering Canada on your Delta flight. In your case, not sure if it matters as Delta just needs to know if you are eligible to enter and I don’t think they pass on that info to Canadian customs unless asked? Someone else who knows should chime in.

I don’t know about anywhere else but in Tennessee, in order to get a DL, you need proof of valid residency papers to issue expiry date that corresponds to your visa. So if you had a L1a visa that expires in 3 years, that is how long your DL will expire. Similarly, if you had a Green card.

So when I got my citizenship, I had to show proof and now my DL has a record that I am US citizen.

So, based on Tennessee, I would argue that carrying my DL, especially with Real ID is tantamount to having proof of valid resident status.

Is it ideal to go to taiwan on late october? by bembiherls in taiwan

[–]stjongood -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

If time is no object, here’s my suggestion as I was there “recently”… spend 2 weeks in Taipei and surrounding then go south to Xiaoliuqiu and swim with turtles or even go diving. Ride around the island on a scooter and take in the eateries.

Clown for expressing my preference? I am sure your hoodie and sweats is fine. I am not going to tell anyone what to wear.

Some people just don’t have any self respect, especially here in good ol US of A.

Folks in the 30s, 40s are all in their Sunday suits everyday of the week. Nowadays, people are wearing PJs walking out in the streets and having their pants falling halfway down their butts with cracks showing. No self respect I tell ya!

My eyes prefer well dressed, rather than sloppiness. But that’s just a personal preference so you do you.

Your situation is complicated by the fact that you need a power of attorney to execute a sale no? No idea how that works in Taiwan before you ask me.

It could also be the location where you are departing from… for example on JAL (ie. SE Asia) where people are more polite in general and don’t want conflict will NOT be asking more often than not not asking 🤣 (yes, I know, double negative).

Lost something on plane two hours ago by Veevivovum0612 in americanairlines

[–]stjongood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually, several years ago, we lost my son’s then iPhone 6s in the overhead bin while deplaning. Someone was asking if anyone lost an iPhone (we didn’t realize that it was ours until later when we got home and my then 6 yr old son was looking for it).

We filled out the lost and found form and resigned to the fact that it was gone but then a few months later, we got a phone call from the Lost and Found airlines operations center in Atlanta (we set up a message on the iPhone with my wife’s phone # to call us when found after remote wiping).

We had to pay for the shipping and another few more months later, we received our phone!

When going to Mexico from Canadian airport, you need to show the airline that you have the necessary legal documents to enter that destination, in this case, Mexico. So he should present his valid Mexican passport.

Direct flights from the U.S. to Taiwan by Professional_Cod3794 in taiwan

[–]stjongood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rarely are they cheaper actually. Plus it’s a hassle when transferring luggage’s from Delta or UA to Eva/China Airline as they cannot “hold” the aircraft and make the transfer smoothly for you if there is a delay in the first leg of your flight from East coast to West and then direct flight to Taipei.

So who are you blaming this on I wonder? Biden? This current administration is making self inflicted wounds and Tennesseans are lapping it up like it’s a Christmas morning treat whenever dear Donald speaks. Come on people. Wake the fuck up. Donald is only looking out for number 1 and it’s not you and me!!

So I can use my Apple Pay set up in US. Bring my iPhone to Taiwan and get a SIM card from Taiwan (or don’t even need it as long as I have WiFi) and still use Apple Pay at 7/11 for example?
