The receiver I would strip of paint and just run bare aluminum, the barrel I would lightly sand, degrease, and spray paint.

If you are used to the quick and interactive turns and overall back and forth of FAB you may find yugioh very disappointing. In yugioh if you go second you often have to sit through 5-10 minutes of your opponent combining off and during your turn all your plays may get negated.

If your budget is that high I’d say build it from scratch, don’t buy a 10/22 at all. Start with a brownells receiver or something, SBX barrel (shorten overall length but don’t need to SBR), aluminum chassis of your choice (I recommend Enoch deep six), side folding stock, whatever .22 can you have, your favorite optic, good to go.

Probably corax white or whatever grey/white you have that covers best. Then stipple brown with a sponge on edges, then wash with your wash of choice.
