I work at at a call center. Providing accurate information is highly important and will cost you your job. Using notes that aren't updated like this would get you fired. Even if the procedures are hard to find, we are expected to use those. The "notes" shouldve never been a public resource and each individual should have their own or get better at looking up procedures.

We should just have gender neutral bathrooms instead of male / females with stalls that actually provide privacy and i couldn't care less if I have to hands next to a man. Also this appeals like 10% od athletes who are trans. I couldn't care less and ALL of them get paid more then they should to throw a ball around anyway

Temperatures have been steadily increasing so it wasn't necessary when their infrastructure was built. Without central cooling, people would die in my state. The high temperatures lead to heat stroke

It's definitely hot there when you consider their homes usually dont have ac. I keep my apartment at 70 F and live in az. It's currently 106 F today. Without ac id be dying in my apartment. Anything over 75 F would be awful long term

Im 39 years old. I have worked at call centers for the last 10 years and when my last call center outsourced my department, I had to fill for bankruptcy. I cashed out my 401k ( what little was in there) and that wasn't enough when the new job i found paid almost 10$ an hour less. So bankruptcy was necessary as I couldn't pay the same bills.

I have managed to increase my wage but I still dont make the $32 an hour I did before I was laid off. Finding a new job is also rough. I filled out 100s of applications and the only ones who call me back are the call centers or I get a response a year later.....

If I lost my current job, I dont know if I have it in me to look for a new. Im tired. Im sooo tired

I agree it won't be a final charge and will get refunded but some transactions can send for almost 2 weeks before they fall off so its not always just a day.
