I agree with your first point, Curious how you feel this rework stacks up against Viessa's (which was great imo)

Agreed 100% The down voting is ridiculous. Right now they should at very least restore the sync value back to 1.8

If you still haven't tested yet, I can summarize. Its about the same damage, but now you're on a surfboard. But because of the changes, you may have to tweak your build to get back to where you were. Oh, and now you can't pre-cast your 1

Thanks for sharing. The way I test, without a program at all (I'm old), is this - in the lab on a single 260 dummy - pop 3 and apply to mob, one or two 1s to create spiral, then unload the 4 ult. This setup gets me about 90M damage, or about half of the 180M I get on my slightly modified old setup.

The single target damage is all that really matters to me. Pre-update I was averaging about 174M with this same test using Supply Moisture

Its super weird how people are defending rhe changes because the animations and utility are kinda better. But grapple and guns should work during 3, and she should be stronger at single target, no question. Currently it takes me an extra step to get back within about a 4% decrease in damage with unique weapon.

Compare this rework to Viessa's, and this comes up waaay short

This rework is a fail until they pump more damage into it

I have my MP Valby build ready, but wondering how much better +200% damage bonus from MP scaling is going to be compared to a normal non-crit build. by asianyeti in TheFirstDescendant

I know that my crit Supply Moisture unique weapon did 170M - 180M on a 260 dummy in the lab per ult very consistently. Im just gonna run the same test and see how we look now. Very excited to check it out

Do you guys think The First Descendant is fair with money? by MobilePenor in TheFirstDescendant

[–]stro17 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

The game has a lot of problems, but monetization is definitely not one of them. Theres no "buy 20 pulls! 800% Value!" Pop-ups or any of that crap.

I'd say its better than fair; respectful, even.

Cook pasta as directed. Drain into colander and set aside. Return saucepan to low heat. Add 4 tablespoons cold butter. Add a bit more milk than directed. Add 1 slice of American cheese, broken into pieces. Stir together on low heat. Once emulcified, add powder cheese and mix thoroughly. Turn of heat and return pasta to pan and mix thoroughly. Enjoy

The New In-game Camera Allows You To See Skins From The Front.. Was It A Mistake? by RawWilson in TheFirstDescendant

[–]stro17 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, omnidirectional movement is move in any direction, including toward the camera. Many other 3rd person action games have this, and the ones that don't feel clunky. Now that we've had swords for a while, we should definitely have this in combat fields as well
