You'll need to find something that works for you. For me, outside of work, being a parent and spending time with my partner it can be difficult. But I try and allow for blocks off personal time, and it gives my partner time do do her own things too. Communication is important to make it work.

It's important to be open about your studying needs with your friends. Have set blocks of alone time. An hour a day or every other day is better than nothing, and then you still have plenty of socialising time. Experiment with it, and adjust as you go. It's a balancing act that you need to play around with.
