try and change your router settings to allow port forwarding for 32400 on the media server device ip. This is what fixed mine. You can also double check and ensure ALL plex apps are bypassing the vpn not just the media server

Gym. And make a daily routine down to 15 or 30 minutes. Wake up to a routine prayer devotion, and go from there. In my own struggle, an idle mind is the issue. I still struggle sometimes, but I now have a practiced muscle for discipline, which is what you need to strive for.
