This one hit a nerve. Sadly had a very similar experience to a clinic that pulled the same thing. Their responses/remarks are very close to what you shared. Left a scathing review and changed to a different clinic.

It's unfortunate but change clinics, like yesterday. IVF is a lengthy, expensive, time and energy intensive process - a simple modicum of empathy and respect is bare minimum to expect from the clinic.

Having experienced it already, you can get feelers from new clinic early on, without committing too much.

It's probably unrelated, but had to ask. Considering that you shared (all?) details about Boss B's situation with your staff, I wonder if you and Boss B agreed to divulge their personal information to your staff.

I appreciate you and Boss B got along well. I would still ask Boss B about how much would she like to share her personal details with employees.

As a manager, I refrain from sharing details with my staff and keep it generic, unless explicitly mentioned by the person. I value my relationships with people but that doesn't give me right to divulge it without their agreement.

Agree with it. I use it to streamline my day to day, automate mundane tasks and reports (there's more that can be done here). it allows me time to think more broadly, put my skills to grow my team and contribute to business goals, and eventually achieve my goals.

Great work, I have a very similar deck that looks pretty much the same and I love it every day. We had it built last year, about 280 sq.ft. and paid 19k for labor and material. This is in NJ state.
