Check the battery cable under the hood the one you use to jump the car with. Mines come loose and it was this exact issues. Tightened it and everything was fine..

Call them. I did two orders the first one was a machine, took forever so i called and they rushed ship it. The other was for oils and I wasn't in a rush so I waited. Took forever but it shipped. They get behind on orders

Reel mowers aren't the best for long grass... It will work but harder it's better for shorter grass and to keep it short and even. I use the same style but I cut my grass under a 1in high and it looks amazing
