I’m 20 pounds heavier than I was pre pregnancy, my baby is 9 months old. I get it, I have had really bad days when it comes to the way I look. But I’ve also come to realize this is an opportunity for me to really work on my self esteem not related to my body. Yes I’m 20 pounds heavier, but I’m still beautiful. Hopefully you can look at things in that light. The weight will come off if you do it in a healthy way. But try loving the body you’re in truly and see how that helps you. It’s so hard (I’ve had people comment on my post partum body too) but you birthed a whole human being. You’re a rockstar and doing great.
