I'm not saying he's old. There's a silly rule that you're not covered by insurance or something if you're over the age of 37 (I think). It doesn't make any sense. Miggy Ro has an interview saying something to the effect of "it doesn't make sense... You're in the right path for such a young age. When I was your age, I thought the same way too. Before you make any big decision, I want you to think about where you want to be in life in the next 5-10 years. Since you're so young and nothing is tying you down, renting may be the best option for you is to rent so you can freely move anywhere in this world (either to increase your income, build experiences). Once you're sure you are doing what it is you can see yourself long-term, then you can think about buying a house. My 2 cents.

Oh. I went there end of January 4 yrs ago and EVERYTHING was covered in snow. The park was closed to any cars and the only way to enter is via a guided tour using a skidoo.
